Jessica's hair journey began at 19 when she started assisting a senior stylist, and she quickly fell in love with the craft. Just six months later, she enrolled at the Paul Mitchell School in Tysons Corner, eager to refine her skills. Over the years, Jessica has trained with prestigious brands like J Beverly Hills, Wella, Keune, Davines, Oribe, Eufora, and Brazilian Blowout, gaining expertise in a wide range of techniques. With 14 years of experience, she specializes, in custom color, haircuts, bold and creative color designs, and elegant updos. As a certified makeup artist, Jessica has had the privilege of creating flawless looks for special events, senior portraits, TV appearances, and marketing projects, always bringing out the best in her clients.

My passion behind the chair is healthy hair and my expertise is in extensions, blonding, lived-in color, and precision cutting. With years of advanced education and a love for refining my craft, I’ve built my career around delivering consistent, beautiful results. It’s also important for me that my chair is a space where you feel heard, understood, and well taken care of. Ellie's journey with Robin Lee Hair and Makeup began the summer before her senior year of highschool. She quickly fell in love with the artistry and creativity of hairstyling, continuing her work at the salon throughout her senior year and the summer after. Driven to hone her skills further, Ellie enrolled at Paul Mitchell The Temple in Frederick, Maryland, after graduating. Now a licensed professional and working full-time at the salon, Ellie specializes in blow drying and coloring. She's thrilled to be a part of the Robin Lee team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her clients while helping them to look and feel their best.
Laya's passion for hair began when she applied for the cosmetology program at the Academies of Loudoun during her sophomore year and was thrilled to be accepted. She began her training as a junior and passed her board exams her senior year. With over three years of experience in the industry, Laya joined Robin Lee Hair and Makeup as a beginner stylist. She loves meeting new people, building relationships in the hair community, and helping clients feel their absolute best.
